MEMBER REGISTRATION & MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
La souscription des membres est l’inscription et la gestion des membres est d’une importance capitale car elle constitue le premier point de contact avec l’association et détermine en grande partie la perception des membres.
La collecte régulière et en temps voulu des cotisations est essentielle à la gestion des recettes et de la trésorerie. Le système d’inscription et de gestion des membres est un système entièrement personnalisable , évolutif et est efficace pour gérer et suivre les membres inscrits dans l’association.
SMS DONATION MANAGEMENT
SMS Donation Management System is used to manage the relationships of the association and the donors. The system enables the association to manage donor information, including donations made and use this information to devise personalized strategies for donor retention. To maintain the relationship between the donors, the system sends an automatic reply of appreciation for the donation made.
HR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Human Resource Management System refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between HR management and the systems. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular its basic HR activities and processes with the system. The main objective of this system is to reduce the effort of the Administrator to keep the daily events of employees such as tracking department projects, works, etc. This system primarily deals with the process of identifying the employees registered in the system and recording their location to track which department they are engaged in.
